We handle document preparation, file review, and submission — not legal immigration services. Every file is reviewed for completeness before it leaves our office.
Document Checklist
We provide a complete, up-to-date document list at your first consultation. Requirements differ between Umrah and Hajj, and between individual and group bookings. We advise case by case.
File Review Before Submission
Every document is reviewed before the visa file is submitted — photograph format, passport expiry, CNIC/NICOP accuracy, vaccination currency, and Nikah Nama attestation. This step prevents the most common rejection causes.
Visa Application Submission
We prepare and submit your complete visa file to the Saudi embassy system. You receive a confirmation of submission with a reference number. We do not submit incomplete files.
Application Tracking
We track the status of your application and notify you immediately on any update — approval, request for additional information, or any other status change. No chasing required from your side.
Document Return
After visa approval, all original documents are returned to you with the travel pack — including your visa print, flight tickets, and hotel confirmation. Outstation clients receive documents by tracked courier.
Ongoing Guidance
Visa rules and Saudi requirements can change mid-season. We monitor changes and advise all active clients immediately if any update affects their application. You are not left to discover changes on your own.

Check Passport Validity
Before anything else, confirm your passport has at least 6 months validity beyond your planned return date. If your passport is close to expiry, renew it first — we will advise on timing. A near-expiry passport after a visa application has been submitted cannot be easily substituted.

Collect All Documents
Use the checklist above as a guide and contact us before collecting everything — requirements can change. Do not collect photographs or print documents until we have confirmed current specifications. Incorrect photographs are one of the top rejection causes.

Submit to Quba Travels for Review
Lahore clients submit documents in person at our office. Outstation clients (Karachi, Islamabad, Multan) send original documents by tracked courier to our Lahore office. We review the complete file — this typically takes 1 working day — and notify you of any issues before preparing the application.

File Submission to Saudi System
We submit your complete file to the Saudi embassy visa system. You receive a WhatsApp confirmation with your application reference. We do not submit files with incomplete or incorrect documents — if something needs correcting, we advise you first.

Processing — 7 to 14 Working Days
Standard Umrah visa processing after submission: 7 to 14 working days. This can extend during peak seasons (Ramadan, Hajj build-up) or following Saudi policy changes. We track every application and follow up with the embassy if processing exceeds the expected window.

Visa Approved — Print and Pack
Once approved, you receive the digital visa. We send you the file immediately and advise you to print a physical copy. We include a printed visa copy in every client's travel pack. Originals are returned with all travel documents.
Common Visa Mistakes Pakistani Pilgrims Make
Submitting photographs with a coloured background
Saudi visa photos must have a plain white background. Studio photographs with grey, cream, or light blue backgrounds are routinely rejected. Confirm with us before having photographs taken.
Passport with less than 6 months remaining validity
The validity window is calculated from your return date, not your departure date. With a 2-week trip, you need your passport to be valid for 6 months and 14 days from your departure date at minimum. Borderline cases should renew first.
Using CNIC when NICOP is required (or vice versa)
Overseas Pakistanis must submit a NICOP, not a CNIC. Pakistani residents submit a CNIC. Submitting the wrong document delays the application. We confirm which is required for your residency status at document review.
Expired or missing vaccination certificate
Meningococcal vaccine has a validity window. An expired vaccination certificate will delay your application. Additional vaccines may be required by season. Confirm current vaccine requirements with us before getting vaccinated.
Not carrying a physical visa print at the airport
Saudi checkpoints have asked Pakistani pilgrims for a printed visa copy even when the digital version is valid. Always carry a physical print. We include one in every client travel pack.
