Who We Help with Hajj

Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam, obligatory once in a lifetime for every able Muslim. Whether you are planning for the first time or supporting an elderly parent, we tailor our approach.

Hajj Packages Pakistan

🕋 First-Time Hajj Pilgrims

Planning your first Hajj and not sure where to start. We walk you through everything — from the national quota process to pre-departure Hajj training. You attend our Hajj preparation session before departure and travel with a complete understanding of every ritual.

👴 Elderly Pilgrims & Caregivers

Travelling with an elderly parent or performing Hajj at an older age. We factor in mobility, health requirements, and hotel proximity when selecting accommodation. We advise on the wheelchair and accessibility services available at the Haram and Mina.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family Groups

Performing Hajj with family — parents, spouse, and adult children. Group documentation, adjacent accommodation, and coordinated logistics. We manage the complete application for every family member as one file wherever possible.

What Our Hajj Support Includes

📋

Documentation Guidance

We provide a full Hajj document checklist and review your file before submission. This covers passport validity, CNIC/NICOP, Nikah Nama, vaccination records, and photographs — each to the current Saudi and Pakistani authority specification.

🏛️

Application Support

We guide you through the Private Hajj application process and advise on the Government Hajj registration timeline. We do not submit government applications on your behalf — but we advise on every step so you submit correctly and on time.

🏨

Makkah & Madinah Hotels

Accommodation arranged near Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and Masjid al-Nabawi in Madinah. Hotel selection accounts for the physical demands of Hajj — pilgrims walk extensively during Hajj rituals. We advise on proximity to Mina transport points.

✈️

Flight Coordination

Return flights from Pakistan to Jeddah (KAIA) or Madinah, coordinated with Hajj season dates. Hajj flights must be booked in advance — we manage this within your package timeline.

🚌

Mina & Arafat Transport

Ground transport to and from Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah during the Hajj days. This is one of the most logistically demanding parts of Hajj — we coordinate group transport so pilgrims are not managing this independently in a crowd of millions.

🎓

Pre-Departure Hajj Training

A mandatory pre-departure session for all Hajj clients. We cover all five pillars of Hajj in sequence — Ihram, Tawaf al-Qudum, Sa'i, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Mina (Rami), Tawaf al-Ifada, and Sa'i again. Health, safety, and group procedures are also covered. This session is the most important preparation step we offer.

Hajj Planning and Preparation — How It Works

  1. 1

Enquire Early — 9 to 12 Months Before Hajj

Contact us as early as possible. Hajj quota slots — both government and private — fill months in advance. An early enquiry does not commit you financially, but it allows us to advise on availability and registration windows before they close.

  2. 2

    Choose: Government or Private Hajj

Government Hajj packages are managed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and have subsidised pricing but fixed accommodation and travel arrangements. Private Hajj packages offer more flexibility in hotel quality, group composition, and timing. We explain both options and help you decide which suits your situation.

  3. 3

    Document Collection and Review

We provide a complete Hajj document checklist and review your entire file before submission. Common issues — expired passport, wrong photo size, missing Nikah Nama, outdated vaccination certificate — are caught and corrected before they cause delays or rejections.

  4. 4

    Accommodation and Flight Confirmation

Once quota and visa are in process, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah is confirmed, along with return flights. Mina tent allocation is managed through the Hajj package. We confirm all details in writing before final payment.

  5. 5

    Pre-Departure Hajj Training

All clients attend a comprehensive Hajj training session — covering every ritual in sequence, health and safety during Hajj, how to handle crowds at Jamarat and Tawaf, and group logistics. This session typically takes 2 to 3 hours. It is the single most important preparation step we offer and is non-optional for our Hajj clients.

Hajj Seasonal Notes & Timing

📅 When Is Hajj?

Hajj falls in Dhul Hijjah, the final month of the Islamic calendar. The five main days of Hajj — including the Day of Arafat (9th Dhul Hijjah) — shift approximately 10 to 11 days earlier each year in the Gregorian calendar. Contact us for the estimated Hajj dates for the year you are planning to travel.

🌡️ Climate at Hajj Time

Hajj in summer months (June–August) means extreme heat in Makkah — commonly exceeding 40°C. Pilgrims perform extensive outdoor rituals including Tawaf, Sa'i, the Arafat gathering, and Mina days. Physical preparation — hydration, sun protection, and appropriate footwear — is critical. We advise all clients on heat management in our pre-departure session.

⏰ When to Enquire

9 to 12 months before your intended Hajj date is ideal. Private Hajj slots fill early. Government Hajj registration windows are announced by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and close well before Hajj season. Missing a registration window means waiting another full year.

⚠️ Important Disclaimers

Hajj regulations — including quota rules, health requirements, accommodation standards, and visa processes — are updated by Saudi authorities each year. We monitor these changes and advise clients accordingly. This page reflects current understanding and is updated regularly, but it does not substitute for current official guidance.

Hajj Package Types

We support both private Hajj packages and Government Hajj applicants. Contact us to discuss which route best suits your situation.

🏛️

Government Hajj

Managed by Pakistan's Ministry of Religious Affairs. Subsidised pricing with standardised accommodation and flight arrangements. A national ballot or registration window determines allocation. We advise on the registration process, document preparation, and what to expect.

  • Subsidised price point
  • National quota system
  • Fixed accommodation categories
  • Ministry-managed flights and camps

Private Hajj Package

Arranged through licensed travel agencies. Greater flexibility in hotel selection, group size, and timing. Typically offered in Economy, Mid-range, and Luxury tiers. Accommodation in Makkah is closer to the Haram in higher tiers. Mina camp quality varies by package level.

  • Flexible hotel selection
  • Choice of group or private arrangements
  • Economy through Luxury tiers
  • Dedicated coordinator throughout

Hajj FAQs

Government Hajj is managed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs with subsidised pricing, fixed accommodation, and a national quota. Private Hajj packages are arranged through licensed travel agencies and offer more flexibility in hotel quality, group composition, and timing. We advise on both routes and guide you to the right choice based on your priorities and budget.
At least 9 to 12 months before the Hajj date. Pakistan's national quota is limited and both Government and Private Hajj slots fill well in advance. We have turned away clients who contacted us 6 weeks before Hajj because all slots were confirmed. Enquiring early does not commit you financially — but it ensures you are in the process before the window closes.
Standard documents include a valid Pakistani passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond Hajj return), CNIC or NICOP, Nikah Nama for couples, vaccination certificates (meningococcal and current requirements), and passport photographs to Saudi specifications. Requirements are reviewed annually — we provide an updated checklist at your first consultation.
Hajj is performed once a year during Dhul Hijjah and is obligatory once in a lifetime for every able Muslim. Pakistan has a national quota limiting annual slots. Not all applicants receive a slot in a given year — there is a ballot or registration window. We advise on current quota status and the best approach for your situation.
Yes — and it is mandatory for all our Hajj clients. All clients attend a pre-departure Hajj training session covering every pillar of Hajj in sequence, the Mina and Arafat procedures, Jamarat, health and crowd management, and group logistics. The session is 2 to 3 hours — either in person at our Lahore office or via WhatsApp voice call for outstation clients.
