• Courier services — when returning original documents to outstation clients

All third parties receive only the minimum information necessary for the specific task. We do not share your data with any party beyond what is required to fulfil your pilgrimage booking.

4. WhatsApp Communication

WhatsApp is our primary communication channel. When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages and your WhatsApp contact details are stored within the WhatsApp platform (operated by Meta). We use WhatsApp only to respond to your enquiries and coordinate your booking — not for bulk messaging or third-party purposes. 5. Data Retention

We retain client records — including booking details, visa application copies, and travel document copies — for a minimum of 3 years after the date of travel, as required for travel agency record-keeping. Original physical documents (passport, CNIC, etc.) are returned to you in your travel pack after visa approval. Enquiry records where no booking is completed are not retained beyond 12 months.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Original documents submitted for visa processing are held securely at our Lahore office and returned to you promptly after visa approval. Digital records are stored on password-protected systems. We do not transmit documents by unsecured email — all digital document exchange is via WhatsApp or courier.

7. Website Cookies and Analytics

Our website does not currently use cookies beyond what is required for basic functionality. If we activate Google Analytics in future, we will update this policy and inform you via a cookie notice.
