Is it safe to send my original passport via courier?
Yes, sending passports via tracked courier services (like TCS or Leopards) is completely standard in the travel industry. All shipments are insured and require a signature upon arrival at our Lahore Cantt office. We notify you the moment your package is received.
Who pays for the courier charges when sending documents?
Pilgrims are responsible for dispatching the documents to our Lahore office. However, return delivery of your passport, stamped visas, and printed travel guides back to your home city is covered completely by Quba Travels.
How can I verify that my payment was successfully processed?
Once you transfer the funds to our corporate bank account, send a screenshot of the receipt to your dedicated coordinator on WhatsApp. We will issue a digital stamp receipt showing your group details within 2 hours.
