Travel Route: Access via Canal Bank Road heading east toward Jora Pull. Alternatively, use Sherpao Bridge and Zarar Shaheed Road. Typical driving time is 15-25 minutes depending on traffic on Canal Bank Road. We suggest avoiding peak school rush hours (1:30 PM - 3:00 PM).
Local Courier Drop: TCS Express Center on Main Boulevard Gulberg (near Liberty Roundabout), Leopards Courier Link Road Model Town branch, or DHL Express Model Town branch.
Local Landmark Reference: From Model Town, take the Ferozepur Road northbound, merge onto Canal Road at the Muslim Town flyover, and follow the Canal Bank Road route straight to Heaven Mall.
🚗 Johar Town, Wapda Town, & Valencia
Travel Route: Drive via Southern Lahore Ring Road (L-20) eastbound, exiting at Ghazi Road or the Allama Iqbal Airport interchange, then merge onto Zarar Shaheed Road or Canal Bank Road. Driving time is 30-40 minutes depending on toll gate queues.

Travel Hack: Using the Lahore Ring Road L-20 is highly recommended over driving down the entire Canal Road from Thokar Niaz Baig, as the Ring Road has almost zero traffic signals and maintains a speed limit of 100 km/h, saving up to 25 minutes of commute time.
🚗 DHA Lahore (Phases 1 to 9) & Cantt
Travel Route: Access via Ghazi Road or directly through Bedian Road / Zarar Shaheed Road. Since we are based in Jora Pull, DHA Cantt is only a 5-10 minute drive away. DHA Phase 5 and Phase 6 are easily connected via the Ring Road Zarar Shaheed exit.
Local Courier Drop: TCS Y-Block DHA Center, Leopards DHA Phase 3 Commercial Area, or Phase 6 commercial area express point.
DHA Phase 9 Prism / Town Coordination: DHA Phase 9 residents can easily take the Ring Road interchange, exit at Zarar Shaheed Road, and avoid the internal Cantt residential gates checkpoints, which can require CNIC verification at military posts.

When visiting our Lahore Cantt office to submit your Umrah file, please make sure you have compiled all of the following documents to prevent processing delays:
- Original Passports: Must be valid for at least 6 months from your travel date, with at least 2 consecutive blank pages. No physical damage or ink stains.
- NADRA CNIC / NICOP: 1 clear photocopy. The name spelling must exactly match the passport spelling. NICOP is required for overseas Pakistani passport holders.
- NADRA Family Registration Certificate (FRC): Required if traveling with family. Crucial for verifying mahram relationship details.
- Passport-Sized Photographs: 4 photos with a solid blue background (size 4x6 cm). Face must cover 70-80% of the frame. Ladies must wear a dark-colored hijab.

Allama Iqbal Airport (LHE) Departure Blueprint
To ensure a smooth transit through Lahore Airport on your day of departure, we recommend adhering to the following step-by-step guideline:
- Airport Arrival Time: Arrive at Allama Iqbal International Airport (LHE) at least 4 hours before your scheduled flight time for international departures. Peak hours (late night and early morning) can see heavy traffic outside the terminal.
- Terminal Entrance & Baggage Screening: Proceed to the international departures terminal entrance. Show your printed ticket and passport to the ASF officer at the gate. Pass all luggage through the initial scanning machine.
- Airline Check-In Desk: Locate your airline's check-in counter (Saudia, PIA, Emirates, etc.). Present your passport, printed visa, and ticketing reference. Collect your boarding passes and verify that your checked bags are tagged directly to Jeddah (JED) or Madinah (MED).
- Zamzam Water Policy: Saudi authorities restrict Zamzam water to official 5-litre bottles purchased at the Saudi airports. Do not pack Zamzam water in your checked luggage from Lahore, as it will be confiscated by baggage handlers.
- FIA Immigration Clearance: Proceed to the FIA immigration counters. Present your passport, CNIC, and visa sheet. The officer will verify your biometric details and stamp your passport.
- Boarding Lounge & Prayer: Once cleared, proceed to the boarding lounge. Allama Iqbal Airport features clean prayer rooms and basic food outlets. Keep your hand luggage secure and monitor the flight information screens for boarding announcements.
- Saudi Immigration Pre-clearance (Makkah Route Initiative): If traveling under the Makkah Route Initiative (when active at LHE), proceed to the dedicated Saudi immigration terminal inside Lahore Airport. Once cleared here, you will not have to stand in immigration queues upon landing in Saudi Arabia.
- Boarding & Inflight Supplications: Once boarding is announced, enter the aircraft. Listen to the travel supplications played on the screens. For pilgrims flying direct to Jeddah who are in Ihram, the pilot will announce when the plane is approaching the Meeqat boundary so you can make your Niyyah (intention) for Umrah.

- 🛣️ From Lahore Ring Road (North): Take the Ring Road towards the Airport. Take the Zarar Shaheed Road exit, turn right on Zarar Shaheed Road, and continue straight for 3 km until you reach the Jora Pull intersection. Heaven Mall will be visible on your left.
- 🛣️ From Lahore Ring Road (South): Head north on the Ring Road, take the Ghazi Road exit, turn left towards Cantt, and follow the road past the Cantonment Board offices until you connect with Jora Pull.
- 🛣️ From Mall Road: Drive through Cantt (via Sarwar Road or Girja Chowk), exit towards Jora Pull, and you will find Heaven Mall right next to the Jora Pull bridge.
- 🛣️ From Canal Road (Thokar Side): Drive all the way down Canal Bank Road heading east. After passing the Dharampura and Mughalpura underpasses, continue straight past Harbanspura. Keep left as you approach the Jora Pull overhead bridge to turn into Heaven Mall's service road.
