You have never performed Umrah before and want to do it right. Our packages include a mandatory pre-departure Tarbiyah session covering the complete ritual sequence — Ihram, Tawaf, Sa'i, and Halq. You will know exactly what to expect before you land in Jeddah.
You are travelling with your spouse, children, parents, or extended family. Our Family Umrah package coordinates visas for all members, secures adjacent or connecting rooms, and provides a dedicated coordinator for the group. Children's travel documents are handled as part of the group file.
You want to complete Umrah without overspending. Our Economy packages use comfortable, verified hotels within the economy zone — a short walk or shuttle ride from Masjid al-Haram — while keeping the full service experience intact. No cutting corners on visa, documents, or support.

Economy-class return flights from your departure city in Pakistan — Lahore (LHE), Karachi (KHI), or Islamabad (ISB) — to Jeddah (KAIA). Scheduled to align with hotel check-in and check-out. Luxury packages may include premium-economy options.
Full visa file preparation and submission — passport verification, photograph review, CNIC or NICOP check, vaccination confirmation, and all required supporting documents. We review every file before submission. See our Visa Help page for the full document checklist.
Accommodation near Masjid al-Haram for the agreed number of nights. Economy hotels are in the 500m–1km zone (shuttle accessible). Luxury hotels are directly facing the Haram. We confirm the actual hotel name and distance before you pay a deposit.
Accommodation near Masjid al-Nabawi in Madinah for the agreed number of nights, included in all full packages. Standard night split is 7 nights Makkah, 3 nights Madinah, or adjusted by preference.
Airport transfers in Jeddah, and inter-city transport between Makkah and Madinah. Economy and Family packages use group coaches. Luxury packages include private vehicle throughout. All transport is arranged through verified local operators.
All Quba Travels clients receive a Tarbiyah session before travel — covering Umrah rituals in sequence, Ihram rules, common mistakes to avoid, packing essentials, and what to do if something goes wrong. Conducted in person (Lahore) or via WhatsApp voice call (outstation clients). A printed checklist is also provided.

Contact us on WhatsApp or visit the Lahore office. We ask about your travel dates, group size, budget, and preferences. The consultation is free and without obligation. Outstation clients (Karachi, Islamabad, Multan) are handled entirely via WhatsApp from this step onward.
We confirm your selected package in writing — hotel name, flight schedule, visa timeline, inclusions, and deposit amount. You review and agree before any payment is made. We do not take payments before this step is complete.
Submit your passport, CNIC or NICOP, passport photographs (Saudi specifications), vaccination records, and any group-member documents. Lahore clients submit in person or via WhatsApp scan. Outstation clients send originals by tracked courier to our Lahore office. We check every document before preparing the visa file.
We submit your complete visa file to the Saudi embassy system and track its status. Typical processing: 7 to 14 working days. Delays can occur during peak season or following policy changes. We notify you immediately upon any update and follow up proactively if there are delays.
Reminder: Visa approval is the decision of Saudi authorities. We cannot guarantee approval — but we eliminate preventable rejections by submitting complete, verified files.
After visa approval, we confirm and lock your flights and hotel rooms. All travel documents — e-tickets, hotel confirmation, visa copy — are shared with you digitally (and in print if visiting our Lahore office).
Before your travel date, all clients attend a Tarbiyah briefing — either at our Lahore office or via WhatsApp voice call. We cover: Umrah rituals in order, Ihram dos and don'ts, airport procedures, hotel check-in process, and what to do in an emergency. You leave fully prepared.

📌 Physical Visa Print — Our Office Rule
We have observed over several seasons that Pakistani pilgrims frequently arrive at Saudi checkpoints without a physical print of their Umrah visa — assuming the digital version on their phone is sufficient. Checkpoints have in a number of cases asked for a printed copy even when the digital visa is clearly valid. We now include a printed Umrah visa copy in every client's travel pack as standard. We recommend all clients do the same, regardless of where they book.

Hotel proximity to Masjid al-Haram is measured in three informal zones widely used in the travel industry:

Hotel block availability fluctuates significantly by season. We confirm the specific hotel and its exact distance before locking any booking.
These are real patterns we have observed across many bookings. Knowing them before you start will save you time, money, and stress.
Visa processing alone takes 7 to 14 working days. Add hotel and flight lead time — especially in peak season — and the safe minimum from first contact to departure is 6 to 8 weeks. During Ramadan, this extends to 3 to 4 months.
A missing photograph, expired passport, wrong CNIC format, or missing vaccination record will delay or reject your application. We review every document before submission specifically to prevent this.
Even with a valid digital Umrah visa on your phone, Saudi checkpoints have in multiple cases asked for a physical printed copy. Always carry a paper print. We include one in every client travel pack.
Masjid al-Haram during Ramadan — especially the last 10 nights — is extraordinarily crowded. First-time pilgrims who do not prepare are often overwhelmed. Our Tarbiyah session specifically covers crowd management and safe Tawaf during peak hours.
Many travel agencies advertise hotels as "near the Haram" without specifying the actual distance. "Near" can mean 200 metres or 2 kilometres. We always confirm and state the actual hotel name and distance before you commit to a booking.
