Quba Travels & Tours focuses exclusively on Hajj and Umrah. We do not book holidays, business trips, or general travel. Our entire process — from package design to visa documentation to pre-departure preparation — is built around the specific requirements of Pakistani pilgrims.

We serve one purpose: helping Pakistani families perform Hajj and Umrah. This focus means our team knows every document requirement, every visa change, and every hotel option near the Haram — with no distraction from unrelated travel products.
Transparent Package Structure
Every package is confirmed in writing before any payment — hotel name, flight details, inclusions, and total cost. We do not quote verbally and change later. What is agreed in writing is what is delivered.
Visa File Reviewed Before Submission
Every visa file we submit has been reviewed by our team for completeness and accuracy. We check photograph specifications, passport validity, CNIC/NICOP match, vaccination certificates, and Nikah Nama attestation before sending any file to the Saudi embassy system.
Tarbiyah — Pre-Departure Preparation
Every pilgrim who travels with us receives a Tarbiyah pre-departure briefing — a full walkthrough of the Umrah ritual sequence, Ihram rules, Makkah and Madinah etiquette, and practical trip logistics. This is included for all package clients.
Pakistan-Wide Service
Our office is in Lahore. But we serve pilgrims from Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, Rawalpindi, and all of Pakistan through a remote service model — WhatsApp consultation, document courier, and travel packs returned by tracked courier.
WhatsApp-First Communication
Our primary communication channel is WhatsApp. Every update — package confirmation, visa submission, approval notification, pre-departure briefing — is delivered to your phone. You are never left to guess the status of your booking.

Lahore clients are welcome to visit our office at any time during business hours. No appointment needed for an initial consultation. Bring your passport for an accurate assessment.

Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, and other city clients are served fully remotely. Consultation on WhatsApp. Documents by tracked courier. Travel packs returned by courier after visa approval. No travel to Lahore required at any stage.

Our Process — From First Contact to Departure
Every client goes through the same structured process. Nothing is left to verbal promises — each stage is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp.

Initial Consultation — WhatsApp or Office
You contact us with your travel dates, group size, and any specific requirements. We assess which package tier suits your needs and budget. There is no obligation at this stage — we answer all questions before you commit.

Package Confirmed in Writing
Once you have chosen a package, we confirm all details in writing via WhatsApp — hotel name and category, flight details (airline, route, and timing), all inclusions, and total cost with payment schedule. No undisclosed charges.

Visa Documents — Review & Submission
You provide your documents (in person for Lahore clients, by tracked courier for outstation). We review every document for completeness and accuracy before the visa file is submitted to the Saudi embassy system. This prevents the most common rejection causes.

Visa Tracking & Approval
We track the visa application and notify you of every status update. Standard Umrah visa processing: 7–14 working days after submission. We follow up with the embassy if the window is exceeded. You receive WhatsApp notification the moment the visa is approved.

Tarbiyah — Pre-Departure Briefing
Before departure, every client participates in our Tarbiyah session — a structured briefing covering the complete Umrah ritual sequence, Ihram rules, Makkah and Madinah etiquette, hotel orientation, and practical packing guidance. Lahore clients attend at our office; outstation clients attend via WhatsApp voice call.

Travel Pack Delivered
You receive your complete travel pack — printed visa, flight tickets, hotel confirmation voucher, and travel checklist. All original documents are returned. Outstation clients receive the pack by tracked courier to their home address.

Being honest about what we do not offer is part of how we earn trust.
We do not guarantee visa approval
Visa approval is the decision of Saudi authorities. We prepare and review every file to eliminate preventable rejections — but we do not make visa approval guarantees and do not claim to be a legal immigration service.
We do not publish prices without checking current hotel and flight availability
Hotel and flight costs change by season, availability, and Saudi policy. We do not publish fixed prices that cannot be honoured. Every package price is provided after checking current availability — confirmed in writing before any payment.
We do not book general tourism or holiday travel
We are a dedicated Hajj and Umrah specialist. We do not arrange holidays, hotel bookings for non-pilgrimage purposes, or general flight bookings. Our process and relationships are built entirely around pilgrimage travel.
We do not operate a shared group coach from Karachi or other cities
Outstation clients fly on their own from their local airport. We coordinate the KHI, ISB, or MUX departure flight as part of the package — but we do not operate a group coach or collect pilgrims from multiple cities.
