Yes. Our main office is in Lahore Cantt — Heaven Mall, Jora Pull. We arrange Umrah packages departing from Lahore and also assist pilgrims from Karachi, Islamabad, and Multan. You can visit us in person, call, or message us on WhatsApp. All consultations are free.

Our standard Umrah packages include return flights, Umrah visa processing, hotel accommodation near Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and Masjid al-Nabawi in Madinah, ground transport between holy sites, and a pre-departure guidance session. Exact inclusions vary by tier — contact us for a detailed breakdown for your travel dates and group size.

We handle the full Umrah visa application for our booked clients. You provide your original passport, CNIC or NICOP, recent passport photos, and your preferred travel dates. Yes. Our Family Umrah packages are specifically designed for groups travelling together. We arrange adjacent or interconnected rooms, handle all visa applications in one file, and assign a group coordinator. For women travelling without a mahram, current Saudi government rules apply — we will advise you on the latest requirements when you enquire.

The main difference is hotel proximity to the Haram and room quality. Economy packages use comfortable hotels that are a short walk or shuttle ride away — good for pilgrims prioritising cost. Luxury packages use 4-star or 5-star hotels directly facing or within the Haram complex, with closer access, better amenities, and more personalised service. Both package types include visa, flights, and transport.

Yes. We offer private-sector Hajj packages that cover flights, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, transport between all five Hajj sites — including Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah — and full documentation support. Hajj seats are strictly limited. We strongly recommend contacting us as early as possible in the year, as packages are filled months in advance.

For standard periods, we recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead to allow time for visa processing, flight confirmation, and hotel reservation. During Ramadan and school holiday periods, we advise 2 to 3 months in advance — flights and hotels near the Haram book up very quickly during these times and rates increase as the date approaches.

Our refund terms depend on how far ahead the cancellation is made and the airline and hotel policies that apply to your specific booking. In most cases, Umrah visa fees are non-refundable once submitted, and airlines charge change or cancellation fees. We advise reading our full Refund Policy before booking and considering travel insurance as a safeguard.
